Terms and Conditions
All events need a 50% non refundable upfront payment and the remaining balance on the night of the event.
48 Hours notice must be given to cancel any event otherwise full payment is due. If you do have to cancel the event less than a week before the event the deposit will not be refundable, if we receive a month we will look at giving you back 30%.
For exhibitors at any of our showcase or exhibition events:- · The cost must be paid in full two weeks before the event · If full payment is not received, the stand may be sold to another exhibitor · Any cancellation made by the exhibitor less than 6 weeks before the event will be their responsibility and full payment will be required In the event on non-payment an additional charge of £50 (Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998) will be made. Not Just Events also reserve the right to charge interest at 5% above base rate per day on outstanding debts. Events for Business also reserve the right to charge all costs associated with debt recovery.
